Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volume. JAEMI GOODS is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
JAEMI GOODS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
